I have worked with Sean as both a PM and as a DPM. Sean has a wonderful can-do attitude that has been so helpful for the team especially when it comes to tackling gnarly and complex problems. I've worked with him very closely on one of the most-touched surfaces on Microsoft Teams - the compose area. Even through all of the edge cases that we threw at him, Sean always had a user-first mindset.

I can't say enough good things about Sean as a talented UX designer, a key member of our design community, and a fantastic colleague. Sean drove Prism from zero to the system every mobile team actually wanted — high adoption because the craft was undeniable, not because it was mandated.
Recruiter Canvas is the clearest expression of Sean treating AI as design material — one screen that replaces the spreadsheets recruiters had defaulted to.
